Lintran

Purchased a pre-owned Lintran dog box locally. It had some wear on the grills and no keys. I phoned Lintran where I was kindly talked through the maintenance and welfare of the box and advised to extract a lock barrel and post it to them.A new pair of keys would be supplied if available or they could supply two new barrel and keys. The barrel was sent I was called to say they had keys to fit,I received them very quickly. I just think that this excellent customer service and shows their pride in their products. Highly recommend and well pleased customer. JFS

Fantastic service, from start to finish.Initially I was provided with options for a suitable double dog box, to fit my 2022 Octavia Estate IV, deciding to go with the DB2006.The office staff were fantastic. Placing the order was easy, receiving a call on the day it was going to be dispatched.The box was received by 8:30am the following day. It was well packaged and perfect.The box fits like a glove. Absolutely perfect.This is my second box from Lintran and I would not go anywhere else.

I recently bought a new springer spaniel puppy and was advised by the breeder to look at purchasing a lintran dog box I looked at their website but couldn't see my model of vehicle Mitsubishi eclipse cross has it was a new model in January 2018I contacted lintran and made an appointment for Tuesday of this week nothing was too much trouble having tried several models I settled for their DB3 tracker model which fit perfect big enough for two dogs the box is very well made the doors fabricated of heavy mesh plus a rear escape hatch all latches and locks heavy duty with lockable doors plus a heavy duty rubber bumper guard a nonslip rubber mat and carry handles a big plus not a single rattle overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would like to thank the lintran staff for all their help

The pre-order advice was comprehensive, helpful and above all, absolutely right for our dog.What also impressed was the speed with which my damaged (by courier) first box was replaced. Outstanding customer service and a team who go above and beyond to deliver. In the age of ordering online it's easy to forget how important good old fashioned service is.We spent months researching crate options, none of which fit our vehicle and within 2 weeks of getting in touch with Lintran we had a customized box perfect for dog & car.I'll be a customer for life. I'm already shouting from the rooftops about the quality and it's such a relief to travel without the rattle of a flimsy metal crate in the boot.
