Poorest service I have ever experienced in the UK.Please avoid if you can.They don’t provide inventory report even if we chased it for many times. We had to make a report by ourselves.The property manager (Jane) is really incompetent, always doesn’t reply emails on time and even cannot figure out our tenancy end date. I had to email her many times to fix her mistake.Never fix the issues in our flat even if I reported them many times.And now they are charging us a £3000 commission fee for changing new tenants (we are the current tenants) but it’s the landlord tell them to find new tenants….

I had an exceptional experience with Foxtons and my agent, Veronique! We just moved to London, and had no clue where to start. Veronique immediately understood what my wife and I were looking for and offered so many great options. She even traveled around town taking videos of places for us to see when we couldn't make a viewing. She was very kind, patient, and accommodating as we got everything in line. everything about the experience was professional and easy. Very much appreciated!

I recently sold my property with the assistance of Oliver Mint and Sam Barker.Both Ollie and Sam were a pleasure to deal with. At the early stages, Ollie provided assistance and guidance on the sale process and advising me where there were issues with a lack of communication from solicitors. Sam was able to find a buyer and kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. Due to a lack of communication from the buyer’s solicitor, Sam was imperative when it came to chasing the buyer’s side and his persistence ensured the sale went through.Ollie and Sam were both imperative in ensuring the sale went through. This was my first time dealing with Foxtons and both individuals have left me with a good impression of the agency, which I would not hesitate to use again.

Recently needed to find an apartment in a short period of time (~ 1 month) and had an amazing experience with Foxtons. My agent was Long, he was quick and very professional, showing me a multitude of apartments within my specific budget range and my tastes in mind within a few days. We were quickly able to sort out multiple viewings and find an amazing apartment to put an offer down on which was shortly accepted a couple days later. I would highly recommend both Long and Foxtons to others who are in need of finding an apartment as soon as possible. Highly efficient and I respect and appreciate their work highly.

We had a fantastic experience with Charlotte with respect to viewings in East London. She really hit the brief with the properties we viewed and was very friendly and informative. Whilst we ultimately did not choose a Foxtons property, we have been using Charlotte as our model comparison to other agents as we had such a smooth experience - thank you!

Harry Gale is a real credit to Foxtons. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and professional from day one. He listened to our needs, kept regularly in touch over many months and hand-picked some superb properties to show us. An absolute delight to deal with and made the entire process of searching for a home smooth and fun. We weren’t able to purchase through Foxtons in the end, but I am confident we’d have been in very safe hands with Harry. Outstanding chap.
