Ready Rent A Car

I hired a car from them at very short notice and for a 4 week hire too. They were very helpful, but busy. I was very pleased with the service they offered. The car was photographed on collection and again on the return, which covered them and me on a damage to the car. If I needed a vehicle again I would make them first port of call.

Great no fuss rental at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

What a joke. Booked to hire a minibus, when arrived claimed they didn’t have a booking and no minibuses were left. We now can’t get to the Airbnb or meal that we paid for. Tried to blame it on us and then refunded our deposit despite us not having a booking? Seems dodgy to me

I took a lady friend in to pick up a rental car for a week Lots of proof needed but all was good - it probably took 20 minutes. Terry.

I hired a car over the weekend, was some confusion over when the hire date started but very quickly effortlessly resolved. I didn’t realise the time the car needed to be back by 8am but they were helpful in extending the hire period to accommodate. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, in person, via email and via phone. The car hire was reasonably priced and what a lovely car it was. Deposit came back quickly after I returned it. I would definitely recommend.

Cheap option, used to be a simple easy van hire.Last time left with 'just under a quarter of a tank- please aim to bring it back about the same'. Drove 77 miles and put 10litres (£14) of diesel in. Was told it was returned underfuelled and charged for 'one eighth' of a tank. I assume I wouldn't have been given extra money back from the £250 deposit if it had been returned with 'one eighth' extra in the fuel tank.Slow pick up/drop off left stood ignored for about 20mins while staff chattedIf you're desperate for the cheapest possible van between 08:30 and 16:30 (well 09:00-16:30 by the time I left) for a full days hire it might be a good option- just make sure you overfill the tank for them

Best rented car place in Lincoln the costumer excellent and Lee who run the place very helpful and care about his costumers and know how to treat costumers therefore I highly recommend this place to all people when to rent car or van go there try and will not be disappointed with service and price rental once again thanks to ready rent car with service I received.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a car for 2 weeks, got to told makesure it was back before lunch time on the Saturday to then have a phone call to say it was supposed to be back by 8, to then be charged for another full day even though they shut at dinner time! No paperwork to back it up from my side as they put the email address in wrong which was convenient! And to be told we was having a certain car for them not to have it ready to having to use another car! Will not be using them again!!
