Angharad kept us up to date with all the viewings and always contacted us before booking a viewing. There was immediate feedbach following each booking which meant we didn't have to waste time wondering what the feedback was. We were also informed quickly when any progress was made. She was always polite and considerate and worked very hard to obtain a positive outcome.

Me and my partner found Chancellors to be polite and very helpful, especially Kian who we dealt with on a property to let. He was friendly, informative and very sharp on the whole process. He gave an excellent viewing to which he allowed us to take our time, answering any questions we had and explained everything we needed to know. He made sure next steps were sorted as soon as possible, in an efficient manner. Would highly recommend, especially when we’ve found other estate/letting agents to be unprofessional and dishonest.

From start to finish the team and especially Jake Newman, were friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful. After the sale was negotiated Jake was helpful in liaising with the vendor and promptly answering any questions raised and always got back to us in a timely manner.

Our only slight area for growth would be that in the very early days some over optimistic views were given on prospective forthcoming offers, not an issue for us as we are well versed in the Ups/Downs of the selling process but maybe for first time sellers it may lead to false expectations being set. BRECON office are the most unprofessional i have ever met they are underhanded, certainly not trustworthy i wouldnt trust them to do unaccompanied viewings unless you want your possessions video'd and distributed!!!

She doesn't go in for corporate speak, but communicates in a cheerful, practical and honest way. She is enthusiastic about her work, and quick to build a rapport with her clients, who feel more like friends after talking to her.
