30.08.2023 - 5:30I went to purchase a suit today for a Wedding I am attending in the Weekend and they rolled up and scrunched my suit into a tiny bag because they didn’t have any left. If I am purchasing items from a shop for more than £200 I expect there to be good customer service given back to me and instead I received a scrunched up suit that I payed good money for. What’s the point in having such a big shop and no bags?! Very Bad Customer Service from the Men’s Section. 10/10 do not recommend

Needs to massively improve in customer service. Had to come 2 x to trying getting shoes as there was nobody to help. No staff in the sales floor. Went to the cashier and stand for 5min trying to get some help and staff didn't even made eye contact. When finally got the shoes there was nobody behind the tills and we were asked to pay in another till where there was only 1 x till open. And it's Sunday and there no prepared.

Head office to praise Zalihe. The kind assistant always goes the extra mile to guarantee extraordinary service with a smile. she is so accommodating and friendly and nothing is too much for her . great store

Went in Next yesterday 14/04/2023Just before 10 minutes closing to pick up my parcel with my kids the kind gentleman near the door was ever so friendly allowed us in and spoke so nicely.

Poor customer service on top floor. Don’t care about customers. Staff are very chatty with each other, bit like play time at school. Some of the staff have so much fake tan on they just look dirty. Not a good look for Next. They don’t seem to want customers at this branch.

Amazing, Natalie just couldn’t do enough for us to help us find the perfect fitting suit. Next, Iif you’re listening, we need more staff like Natalie in your stores.

Great service from Marvin. He was patient and helped me to find the perfect suit.

I do like this store but tend to prefer the range online.

Manager Zalihe is always willing to help my family. She goes the extra way to greet, welcome and help us. Several times she has shown interest and I wanted to let store know she is an asset to this store! Great manager and always helps

Utterly useless at dealing with returns. It took me 6 weeks to finally get a refund.
