We had a lovely engineer called Shaun (apologies if not the correct spelling) carry out some work for us, he did an amazing job and was very informative and put us at ease the whole way through the work. We are over the moon with the results and would definitely use this company again, and would like to have Shaun back too as his workmanship is outstanding, and a nice guy too.

No hesitation, this is The Plumbing Company to use. We Heat have done emergency call outs, boiler services, repiping & a bathroom refit for me.They are exactly what you would hope for. On time, friendly staff, very tidy and the quality of their work is amazing.Also they have saved us a lot of money by providing some great money saving solutions.I cannot recommend Tom and his team enough.

Thank you to Shaun who came out to cap off radiator pipes which had been put under the floor, very fragile pipes. Shaun was very professional, easy to get on with, left everything neat and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and all ready looking into boiler replacement..

Tom and his team at WeHeat are fantastic! They turned a quote around within 24hrs and the pricing was fair. I was impressed with the standard of work and all the guys were friendly, hardworking and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We have an old house which threw up plenty of challenges but they came up with solutions and nothing was too much trouble. A breath of fresh air! Highly recommend.

I needed an urgent call out due to not having any hot water. Lisa called me to arrange this and Tom was at my flat in less than an hour! He was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately, but due to parts not being available because of the age of my boiler, Tom arranged for a quote to be sent for a replacement. Lisa sent this over extremely quickly and we spoke to book it in. Lisa has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and was able to assist with all of my many phone calls and questions! Great service, would definitely recommend - I feel at ease knowing my new boiler will be fitted by WeHeat.

Amazing service, very easy to arrange.Very impressed with the attention to detail and care taken by Shaun installing en suite and fixing a few other plumbing issues in the house. Highly recommended, just hope they become air source heat pump qualified soon so they can service our heating too!
