I waited nearly half hour to get cash out and it was just one girl working which they have 6 to serve . I only can hear people laughing at the back of the desk , seems like a private business

Ladies at the counter really don’t want to bother with anything. They are dismissive and unwilling to share information. Not coming here again for any banking matters !

Why did you close the Langley branch? Slough is the worst branch I've ever visited. Waited 30 mins to take cash out. Only 1 member of staff dealing with customers and 1 at the the front. Absolutely shocking experience! Do better or close this branch!

I recently visited this branch and was seen to buy a member of staff at the very first till point. It's started to get busy and the queue was very close to this area, I felt I should have been given more privacy as it was a long transaction and had to share lots of personal details, everyone in the queue could hear our conversation. In future staff need to move clients to a more private area when dealing with long, high value transactions and personal details!

Appreciate having a physical bank, but have switched from NatWest over continuing clunkiness and inefficiency. Told one thing on the phone, another story of what they can and can't do when coming in to branch. Staff dismissive and frankly verging on rude and sarcastic after telling them I'd switched my account to a competitor. Eventually got things sorted but treated with distain.Everytime I go in, overheard is someone having issues. It's a computer says no" environment."

This was my second visit to Natwest Slough and I was warmly greeted by a pleasant lady named SAJIDA. She is extremely helpful, friendly, professional and passionate about her job. Both my visits have been worthwhile and would recommend it to my friends and relatives. Sajida is truly an asset to Natwest. Keep up the great job!!

Absolutely useless the information and inquiry desk is the same as paying in cash or withdraw .Waiting in the queue for 35 min . 0 stars is more like it edit now waiting 45min

Not great customer service. Four workers at the branch but only two actually serving customers. The other two just coming in and out of offices and chatting with people that are being served already. Waiting in a long queue in a hot weather, no AC and in the end they tell you they can`t help you anyway! Went to Lloyds branch across the road and despite being 3rd in a queue, I was sorted in 5 mins. As soon as you walk in, they ask you waht you need to see if they can help or not. Nice branch with AC too.
