I recently used Huxley Surveyors to do a survey on a new purchase and they have exceeded all my expectations. I rarely share posts but these guys deserve so much praise. Chris was absolutely amazing. Within 2 days of contacting Huxley they completed my survey. Within a few days i had a detailed through report sent to me , followed by a follow up call from Chris to walk through the report. Any follow up questions i had, Chris was on hand to answer all my questions. This was very reassuring, especially as a first time buyer. Thank you so much team!

Chris was recommended as a surveyor by the estate agency as I need a level 3 survey on my new purchase ( Victorian end of terrace property). Chris rang me and arrange to go to the property within 3 days. I received the report a week later and Chris offered for me to call him to answer any of my questions. It was great to do so as all defects can be overwhelming specially when buying a house for the first time. Great service from Chris with a very personable approach and knowledge/ expertise and advice. Will highly recommend and will use if I buy again in the future.Thank you Chris !

I had an excellent experience with Huxley Chartered Surveyor. In particular, my surveyor was Mat Gonzalez - his report was very thorough but more than that , his follow up and responsiveness to all my questions was incredibly helpful to me. As a first time buyer, i had to feel comfortable with my purchase, and Mat outlined all the things i needed to be mindful of and it helped act as a checklist, of all the things pre and post purchase I needed to consider, including identifying and remediating any major problems, as well as maintaining the property in the future. Highly recommend.

Excellent service all round (survey for a house purchase)...Huxley Chartered Surveyors were very competitive on pricing. More importantly they were very prompt at responding to queries, communicating with our agents to organise a time for the survey, and the quality and depth of the survey was very good and really insightful. They were also very supportive with follow up questions and I would really recommend them.

Used Huxley for a home buyer's survey. Really happy with the survey. Very thorough and professional. Loads of detail and the surveyor provided crucial information which helped us make an informed decision about our property purchase. Despite the high level of detail in the report, the turn around from survey to my receiving the report was quick.

I've recently used Huxley Chartered Surveyors for a property that I was planning to buy. I found them very effective in terms of cost and delivery. They gave me a detailed report and suggested me not to go ahead with the purchase. The surveyor was very helpful and explained all my questions after the survey. I will be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.

I am withholding one star as my purchase isn't quite complete so I can't verify the contents of my survey entirely BUT I can 100% vouch for and recommend the service. Everything was very efficiently carried out, communication throughout was excellent and on receipt of my survey I had a very informative (and anxiety-alleviating!) call to talk me through it. Fab!
