Good value, shame about the rather long queue to pay

Great selection of cards and other items relevant to celebrations. The prices are very reasonable too and the cards aren't of poor quality, just because they are reasonably priced.

Good options for soft toys and coffee mugs are also available

They have a great variety of cards and gift bags and small gifts, however when Christmas-time comes don't expect to get a Birthday gift bag here, or the non-Christmas selection for gift bags is very very limited around that time.

For all your card needs

I was in yesterday morning purchasing cards and I handed the boy a £20 note and he gave me three £5 notes back. When I left to do more shopping i realised that I was given a paper £5 note which isn't useable anymore. I went back to say that they made a mistake and I was confronted by the member of staff who gave me the paper note and he went and got another member of staff assuming it was his boss. She told me that staff are trained up to identify notes but in some cases people make mistakes and don't realise that they may have made a mistake. I was very calm as I can understand customer service isn't easy when confronted by a frustrated customer. They more or less called me a liar and asked me to leave I did not raise my voice once, I just wanted to address the problem. Therefore I would recommend that this specific store needs to work on their customer service and go by the famous saying that the customer is always right. Poor and inexperienced staff.

Absolutely fantastic staff. They all work really hard and are very friendly. Love the good prices and an all round great experience.

Typical card factory shop, layout bit confusing and aisles wee but narrow so shop felt very crowded.
