Helen provides excellent training that is well balanced in terms of teaching and class participation. I have just completed Reiki Level 1 which was pitched just right with giving context of the subject and learning to use the energy in your everyday life. I would very much recommend Helen and The Healing Room.

Wonderful experience. Calming, restorative, I felt like a different person. The room is so lovely and such a haven of calm that you can't help but instantly relax. Helen's intuition is amazing, she told me things that I thought at the time could't possibly come true, and yet they did! She's an absolute gem.
