Absolutely recommend LB Physio! Had my first initial appointment with Emma and she listened to all of my worries and concerns and was really thorough and explained clear and really nice girl! Walked out feeling loads better after just one appointment! Look forward to coming back next week

Fantastic physio clinic. Very impressed with the ethos of this company. Thorough assessments and in depth treatment provided. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the clinic and the detail therapists go into to educate you about your body and how best to use the treatments. Abby is a very competent and caring physio and helps to manage my chronic condition very successfully. My quality of life has improved greatly since seeing Abby.

I was suffering with pain at front of hips, Doctor and nhs physio couldn’t diagnose..I booked an appointment with Stephen at LB Physiotherapists. I came to see Emma with nerve pain threw my lower back, within only two sessions the pain was beginning to ease and now it’s totally gone! She was very professional in explaining what was wrong and is fantastic at her job. 5star service. Will Defo use LB again should I ever need it. Thankyou so much

Emma has been fantastic diagnosing my son’s injury, recommending appropriate exercises and re-building his strength and confidence to re-join rugby and football. She is very thorough in assessing the problem and identified a mis-diagnosis from the hospital. Highly recommend Emma and LP Physio for any injuries.

Had an awesome experience here with David. He diagnosed what was wrong (after being faffed about by NHS and doing their ‘hit and miss’ physio for 5 months). David gave me a scan and specific movements to start with. A clear plan and now 3 months later i am pain free and with no limitations in movement. Have already recommended him to other friends. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Stephen. I’ve been struggling with shoulder impingement for a couple of months now and it was really starting to get me down with the constant pain and very disturbed sleep.Stephen assured me that things would improve but it might take a while. Thankfully after several treatments with Stephen, including acupuncture and lots of homework my shoulder now is fully recovered and I can get on with my life again without being in constant pain.Thank you Stephen, you are an absolute miracle worker!!

Would not hesitate to recommend. I had ‘runners knee’ on and off for 20 years. Each time I stepped up the intensity of jogging the pain would return. Over the years I have visited various practitioners, but never felt like I understood and addressed the root cause. I was seen by Stephen Lane at LB physio and he identified the source issue as my hip being tight. After several months of rehab my knee is sorted and I’m enjoying jogging pain free. More recently my teenage son has seen Stephen for what we thought were growing pains. My son loves sport especially football, but for over 12 months he has never finished a match due to heel pain. Again Stephen got quickly to the root cause, and after a few weeks of stretches and strength work my son is back playing full games. Stephen is knowledgeable and very specific in his diagnosis, resulting in value adding rehabilitation plans. I’m very glad we found LB Physio as it has made a difference to our daily lives.

Took my 12 year old son who plays academy football to see David as he had hurt his ankle in training. We are currently on a break from the academy and I wanted an ultrasound to ensure we obtained a specific and definitive diagnosis. David assessed the foot and explained he could provide a diagnosis without an ultrasound. David took his time explaining how the ligaments work, how the injury affects the foot and what we should do going forward for the foot to recover. I would highly recommend an appointment at LB Physiotherapy and should my son be injured in the future it will be my first point of call.

I’d been having trouble with my knee for a considerable amount of time and was struggling to move freely every day. I was recommended to LB Physiotherapy and booked an appointment with Emma.Emma carried out an initial assessment and identified not only the issue but also the cause of it. She developed a progressive training programme for me to follow in order to strengthen my knee over a set period of time. Once I’d reached the stage of having all the exercises in my programme, I was able to continue my physio from home. It was really encouraging that LB Physio do not focus on money and that patient care is their top priority.Emma remained in contact to see how my recovery was going, which again demonstrates a great personal touch that LB Physio have.Thanks to the help, support and professionalism of Emma and LB Physio, I have been able to get back on the football pitch and not sit on the sidelines anymore.I would highly recommend LB Physio.
