Very good service and much better than Costa, which I normally use, but wanted to try out Caffè nero for a change, which I find their coffees much nicer plus get the 10th drink free with their rewards scheme. Will definitely use this coffee chain again

Not the best Caffe Nero. It was rather packed and there were limited spaces. The staff also were scrambling between multiple customers and it makes it unclear who's turn it was. 3 stars seems justified.

I love Cafe Nero coffee!! Also, I love their salad fruit because always is fresh.The atmosphere of Cafe Nero Shepherd Bush is amazing to have a bright and relaxed time. They are friendly, smiling, and helpful staff... ❤️

Down here on holiday from scotland, the customer service is terrible. They are rude and staff clearly do not Know what they are doing. Have been here 3 times, on our first visit I asked for a cup of water in a takeaway cup filled to the top with ice, specifically. I was presented with your cardboard takeaway cups and TWO ICE CUBES. We ordered a mango fruit booster on our second visit and we were presented with the puree and some ice UNBLENDED. When asked if the barista could blend this for us, she gave us awful looks and was very rude and cheeky as if she wasnt the one who gave us an unmade drink. This is the same case as on our third time ordering a cherry iced latte it was also unblended. I dont know how your staff can be awarded black shirts when they clearly dont even know how to make the simplest of drinks. The store was not busy either, there is no excuse. I think staff need a proper talking to especially after reading the reviews on how rude and intolerant they are to customers.

Coffee was a bit strong for my taste. But the cakes we ordered were fantastic - the pistachio flavoured one was so smooth and flavour-rich.

I am actually a regular customer of Cafe Nero! I love the taste of the coffees here!But this time I was really disappointed by the service provided by the staffs! They took my order and it took a bit long to get the blended frappe cafe latte that I ordered! Taking time to get the order was not an issue, I didn’t like the way they provide service to the customer! That was rude and unprofessional i believe! Sorry to say but I also didn’t like the taste of the coffee this time!!

The staff who work there are quite rude and unprofessional they don't welcome you with a friendly smile and friendly service they just stare and look at you when you walk in and when you order your food etc no smiles on there faces. Working in an environment like this you need to be polite and professional and nice to your customers this truly is not them. It's like they don't what to be there and also very slow service from them to.The rudist staff I found is the girl with the culy long hair (not the one who is tall and skinny and wears glasses) the other one yes her she has a very bad attitudeAlso the coloured girl they are all so grumpy .As for the other one with the coloured hair well she doesn't now what she's doing half of the time.No Toliets in there either as it is a coffee shop you need to use the loo. it's closed to the customers the staff can use it only ridiculous.They don't come out and clear the tables from the outside so everything piles up on the table and when you ask them can you please clean and tidy the tables they just look at you like don't talk to me like that !!! And with a stare they do eventually but they take there time.

The coffee and pastries are SO bad. The staff are often inattentive even when the store is not busy. The biggest grievance is the taste of the food and pastries though.
