Need to work on service. Bottle service at the table was weak.Didn't being the bottle we ordered and didn't bring glasses.I have had an ongoing complaint nearly 8 weeks now and the issue wasnt resolved.I pre paid for whiskey ( 2 weeks before hand) and on the night they didnt have it. Honestly the process and my complain process has been a disaster from start to finish.if you want good service, this isnt the spot!

The bouncers are bellends, pretending not to take card because the card reader is broken when it really isn't as I could clearly see their staff tapping away at it with no errors turning up and to then use the excuse that we don't have the e-mail ticket as we got our tickets off a friend to refuse us entry to the club is simply outrageous and unacceptable.

Two Afro Irish girls out in Belfast. The security was very friendly. We struggled to get drinks brought at our table. The security man noticed and had to pull one of the waitress to attend to us. She was very lovely when she did. At 11.50 we started signaling her and she would raise a finger (like asking for a minute) and serving everyone else around us. At 12.33 we joked that we were dark and in a corner and could be easily missed or forgotten. So I stood up, beckoned at a different server, who came and we asked for some more drinks and he said the bar had stopped about 25 minutes ago. That was fine until we turned around and saw a tray of drinks coming out to the next table. That must have been ordered 25 minutes ago...The security were very very lovely people so... Not the worst night two African girls had in Belfast.

Music was okay. Wasn't worth the £11 hype that was created though. But usually good if you don't have any other place to go and make last minute plans.

Completely overpriced and overated. Dangerously overcrowded. Door and Barstaff are very helpful and nice.

It's alright. Brilliant music and scene but let down by the price of drinks and waiting times. Also much more crammed than other nightclubs. VIP toilets is a headache.Overall overrated
