I was very pleased with the service I received from all the staff at Eyesite Eyecare Centre Ball Hill site. The Optometrist was very reassuring as this was my first prescription. She explained everything and answered my questions. The lady who helped me with selecting my glasses was very helpful and let me try lots of different frames until I found some I liked. I will definitely be coming back for an eye test next year.

I was treated in a very professional and friendly manner. The service was excellent and the eye examination very thorough. Everything was explained to me and I left feeling informed and my mind at ease as I had been extremely worried about the change in my eyes.

Disappointed with lack of interest by current staff, having been a customer for approx 20 years I popped in for advice on a problem I was having with a painful eye with blurred vision. Offered an an appointment in 10 days! Or less at another branch.Went into town to another opticians,seen almost straightway by qualified ophthalmic ,given advice,medication and assurance.Needless to say where I will be going in the future.

Have been attending this eye care centre since I was a child and have always felt well looked after by every single member of staff. They have been incredibly helpful in terms of helping me choose new frames, even ordering new ones in on more than one occasion and not stopping until I was happy with them. They are always upfront with costs as well and will discuss the best option for you. Everyone is really friendly, welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
