My partner and I recently bought a house through Morris Armitage, Downham Market branch, and the experience was incredibly positive. Karen and Ben were brilliant, from the moment of showing us around the property right up to picking up the keys. They were both on hand to answer any questions, help us with enquiries from the vendors and we received follow up emails after we'd moved in to see how we were getting on and if we were settling into Norfolk life (we re-located from Kent!). I'd highly recommend them. Thank you for making the process as stress free as possible!

Amazing! We bought our first home with Morris Armitage and Karen was exceptional through the entire process! We were well in over our heads and had no idea about the buying process etc but Karen was keeping us updated and easing our minds through the whole process. We got regular updates, the communication between all parties involved was great and it just went really smoothly.We had a viewing with Ben prior to finding our home and he was so helpful and gave really good advice.Although Karen was dealing with our sale, Ben remembered us from the previous viewing and sent us a congratulations on his behalf. It was very thoughtful and we couldn't have asked for nicer people supporting us with buying our house.Highly recommend!

We have just bought a property through Morris Armitage - Downham Market. What a Team! They were fantastic.Ben, hosted us on the initial viewing, he was enthusiastic, and knowledgable. Lee made time for us on our ‘late notice’ second viewing. Karen appeared on the scene once we confirmed our wish to buy.Unlike our purchase, unfortunately, the sale of our Property (through a different agent) did not go as well….! We were let down by 3 buyers, whose own buyer’s dropped out for various reasons, (thankfully buyer four lasted the course), but the process dragged out from the original estimate of 12 weeks to 7 months. Our main fear was that we would lose the property we’d set our hearts on, because of the delays. Karen was a brilliant calming influence, liaising between us and the property vendor. Keeping us up to speed on the purchase aspects. And getting us answers to - what were to us - important questions, exceptionally quickly.I have no hesitation in recommending Morris Armitage, although they operate in a busy office, we felt like we were their only customer, with their friendly can do manner, and meticulous attention to detail. Professional from start to finish. Always obliging and kept us up to date on what what happening. When calling into the office were always greeted by name as if you were their only 'customer' so you felt very valued. Morris Armitage has been a fantastic rental agent. Customer service has been excellent throughout my time renting from them. Questions and queries were quickly answered and inspections were conducted respectfully. For a first time renter, they- especially Frankie- were extremely supportive.

Morris Armitage have recently sold my house. They were very helpfully throughout the process, advising on the best strategy to sell, managing queries from buyers very professionally. We were selling the house as part of probate and did not live locally. They provided additional support in letting in trades people and helping us with key collections.
