Phoned asking if they would like any disposable cups the work no longer needs, they didn't need them, but gave me the details of other who may need them. 2 phone calls later, 24,000 cups on their way to help those in need.

I recommend to anybody who is needing some support. This is a Non Profit Organisation to all in Hardship. Please use!!I received a very good service and they were understanding of my needs. I was not aware of this community support and didn't want to use this service due to being embarrassed. Staff where lovely.

A frustrating telephone experience with someone who doesn’t listen, makes assumptions and answers questions that haven’t been asked, based on those assumptions. Thanks for not listening to me and treating me as though I was going to make unreasonable demands at my local food bank. That really brightened up my morning!
