Good Gregg's, food was good and hot and all the staff really friendly. Big shout out to Julie who was super friendly and really respectful to the other staff.

If it were possible to leave zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Greggs I have ever used. If they have what you want it will inevitably be cold, though this isn’t an issue because they don’t normally have it anyway. The staff have no idea what they are doing and you are left with puzzled looks of confusion over simple questions. This Greggs is literally up the road from me, so I’ve given it a few chances and every time it’s the same. How a new store can be so bad is beyond me !

Nice new store, staff friendly and well presented. Disappointment is the food you purchase to be hot is cold - I wish Greggs would control this better as a company.

Overall the food was okay, but the service was terrible. Julie the supervisor is really rude to other staff and customers and I think the manager needs to address this issue with her.
