Camouflage Paintball and Airsoft Alton

Design of the game areas is good, and offers a wide range of options for game types.Unfortunately the kit is poorly maintained. Our group had constant problems with guns failing. Even the more expensive 'tactical' markers were failing. I lost almost half my play time with just walking back and forth trying to find a marshal to fix or replace my gun. One of my group had 12 failures and ended up just sitting out of the rest of the games after running out of patience.For what is quite an expensive experience I would expect much better quality of equipment.Edit: Following Manager response, this was an issue with guns failing to fire on the first trigger pull, not halfway through a game when gas ran out. On two occasions we had guns start leaking gas from poorly fitted tanks. When voicing our concerns to marshals we received nothing much more than a shrug. After spending over £500 at your site I would have hoped for at least a simple apology for our experience, but from the reply there seems to be more interest in discrediting complaints.

I went here for my first time doing Airsoft. As we walked in to sort out our rental equipment (which was of brilliant quality) we saw all the 'regulars' getting all their pro equipment ready and assumed that we were going to get dominated by them as they all looked like they took it very seriously.The truth was that this 40+ group of people were very welcoming, up for a laugh and really helped to make this an incredibly fun day out. Airsoft is sooo much better than paintball and this location has some really great maps and fun games modes to go with it. The instructors were great and really encouraged everyone to get stuck in and enjoy themselves.One thing to keep in mind is if you want food make sure to bring some (or get in on the pizza order that is placed first thing in the morning) as they only have Pot Noodles otherwise.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun day out.

This was a birthday treat for my 14 year son and 3 of his friends. They had the full day 1000 ball player package which I thought was good value and I didn't need to worry about them running out of balls! They had great fun playing in the different game zones and enjoyed the pizza lunch. It was all well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. The boys were very tired at the end of the day but said that they had had a brilliant time. Do not rely on the sat nav directions - use the road name and look out for the place signs. The only thing I didn't like was the very steep road leading up to the entrance!

Good day out, staff very friendly. Big group of lads were cheating which ruined the first couple of games, the marshalls dealt with them well. Overall fun, but quite an expensive day out.

Another amazing time had by all at Paintball. We shall be back again, after we have recovered.Marshals all very professional and polite, clear instructions, loads of help when we have issues. You make it worth the money!Thank you! We feel like we are treated week from the time we pay right up until we sadly have to say goodbye.Paintball games are a good laugh and always well received even by the loosing team.

First visit to the Airsoft site today, and I would it is probably the best ran site I have been to. From arrival, to game brief, to how the games were ran, Camouflage set a really high bar. There was a medical emergency today, which was dealt with professionally. The facilities certainly make other sites look shoddy. Will definitely be going back

Had a great time here. Guys really enjoyed it too...Only thing I would say to improve is the track leading to the base, a lower car would have zero chance of getting to it.Also the guns glitch but in my opinion when weather is cold it could be the gas freezing...All in all a great day out and very reasonable pricing

Booked and paid for 19 people in advance, turned up with 15 people but they refused to give us the extra paintballs due to stock issues". Extremely rude instructors shouting at everyone

Airsoft at Alton. 22.8.21. Facilities brilliant. Probably the best Airsoft day ever. Group of 10 of us went. It was run extremely well and all the games were brilliant. The design of the place makes it perfect for airsoft. There was no cheating, and not once did i hear someone shout out TAKE YOUR HIT. Cant wait to go back .
