We had accepted an offer on our house and the buyers used Fraser for the building survey and we found him very professional. So we used Fraser when we had an offer accepted on our new home. Again cannot fault the service provide, survey was completed and report issued within one week.

Booked our level 2 survey and valuation with Wiltshire Surveyors quite early on in the purchase process. Fraser was super accommodating with the survey and enabled us to amend the time/date of the survey depending on how the purchase chain was going. The survey document was sent over instantly upon receipt of payment and was very detailed. As first time buyers we found it super beneficial that Fraser gave up some of his own time to go through what the survey actually represented too.
