JSM Heating installed my boiler and have been servicing it annually ever since. The communication from the office is excellent, the engineers are prompt, friendly and efficient. The price for a service is very competive. I would highly recommend this company

Scott was on time for my boiler service and is nice and friendly. He was very thorough and explained what he was checking for and what he was doing. He added some insulation free of charge to some pipes for added protection so I couldn't fault him.

I had to take time out for more than 1 appointment with JSM which JSM cancelled with little notice. When they eventually did make it over, the discussion was rushed and unhelpful. I have now waited a week for a quote for the works, only to be told they are unable to provide a quote because of staffing issues, which sounds more than bizarre. From my experience, JSM have shown themselves to be an unprofessional, uncourteous, and unreliable outfit. Will not recommend.

JSM Heating installed the Boiler in December 2018 and completed the first annual service in December 2019.All work was carried out very by very polite, professional engineers, with no mess and on time, at the quoted price.I cannot fault JSM Heating.

Had yearly service carried out by JSM , engineer was courteous and tidy, JSM installed the boiler some years ago and have used them since with no complaints.

I had an emergency where my heating system failed. Scott came out and diagnosed the problem, liaised with the boiler manufacturer, and organised the repair. When it turned out that wasn't the only issue he stuck with it and fixed the problem - all along keeping me advised of progress. First class attention and service!
