Dr zarrouk is an outstanding and compassionate GP , unfortunately his wife who act as a nurse and admin clerk at the surgery is a racist and a mean person and disrespect patient a pure evil and horrible person

Nothing to appoint!The staff is brilliant, the nurse is the diamond of the surgery, Dr. Zarrouk is the best!All my family is carred on health from them for more than a decade!God bless them!They care about us.For real!..

I went Zarrouk surgery for my cervical screening appointment. I took off from my job by asking to the manager & i call my mother to come and take care of my kid & then i can go there on taxi. I was just 10 minutes late when i reached. by doing all these efforts i told her. I’VE proof of taxi timing as well, She said NO You’re 14 minutes. She told the receptionist she can’t check me. Because she wasn’t in mood to check the next person. She told the receptionist & receptionist call me and told me. Such a mean Nurse.

Very very rude receptionist and manager. And they never keep the appointment. I requested for a physical appointment about breast pain of which I have a family history and have been advised to be watchful for and all I got was a phone call appointment that never came. I called in to complain I didn't get the call, cos I was literally sitting, waiting for the call, just a voicemail to reschedule and the receptionist turned everything around to look like I was at fault. I tried explaining and next she said I was shouting and moved me to the manager who said I was huffing and puffing! So rude! I have never experienced where explanations is translated as shouting when I was talking normally. She then asked if I want to rebook or switch GP practice. Like unbelievable. Not a care about the pains I called in about. I choose to rebook which she fixed me for a 6pm call and I waited till 12 midnight and no call came in from them. I am highly disappointed and will certainly change practice. They don't care about people's health one bit.

Not worth 1star absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a doctor never in my life have I heard a dr speaking so aggressively towards its patients should be shut down n never to practise again

My worst experience seeing a Doctor. The man talked down on me and treated me like a criminal. Now i am no longer surprised after reading other reviews. I guess the only people that have something good to say about the practice are those that speak a similar language with the doctor. Horrible practice!!!
