Nails Did

5/5 starts for this nails salon. Good customer service and quality of the nails are great! They offer a range of different services and are efficient in the process. Booking can be done online and they also welcome walk ins.

Love this place! So accommodating. I can quite particular about how I want my nails and feet to look because I know what suits me, they always do what I like to the point that I don’t need to say anything, they know my style and can just get right to it. Im fiercely loyal, so if you are good, I will keep coming back. This has been my nail shop since I moved to the area in 2020.

They are the best. The service is professional & they are so accommodating. They always look after me & my mum so well that I wouldn't have my nails done anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

Went to them for the first time this afternoon and really happy with the service. My nails look great and they don’t rush like some other places do. I was asked at every stage if I was happy. Will 100% be having my nails done here now. Thank you!

I had gel polish on my natural nails so a simple service which was not very well applyed I had base coat under my nails stuck there, the colour was not applyed on my full nail and the top layer was even worse in places not covering the colour and with bumps and I paid £30 for this poor serviceNot to mention my nail shape so badI don't know the name of the girls but they don't seem to have an interest to what the costumer wantsSo not value for money!Also felt like they were not paying attention to me as I didn't have a complicated thing on my nails.

tactfully waited until the last couple of minutes to say they were charging an extra £5 for the length of my nails. I paid before they even touched me hands so this extra fee was made up out of thin air. have gotten my nails done with this exact length without any extra charge. when i challenged them they said “it’s just £5”. it’s not about the £5, it’s about the fact they cut the nail to the this length without any mention of upcharge. they only mentioned it once the set was as good as finished to take away tour choice “. cute way to get rid of returning customers.☺️ (see pic for the “extra length” you might get charged for which is subject to the mood of the nail tech you get)

So impressed with the quality of service and results at Nails Did. I don’t intend on cheating, definitely worth the price and loyalty. Every return is an absolute pleasure! So friendly and peaceful. ( I have BIAB done here, absolute flames )

I come here once a month to get my pedicure done and without a doubt I always receive the best service. I love how Cindy always treats me. I’m sure she gets so many people and she always remembers me and my nails colour, month on month. Thanks for always going above and beyond Nails Did!I refuse to go to another shop!Mary xx

I’d even give them zero if it was an option. Nails started falling off one by one after TWO DAYS! Contacted them and they were insisting on me wasting even more time by returning to the shop so that they can “fix” nails that they are clearly incapable of doing in the first place. It’s no surprise that the crooks don’t do refunds either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
