Seems to be a group of men that can talk the talk.. bought a 67 plate astra in January last year, problems almost instantly, always the same bring it back we'll sort it, the first time was the only time they did any work, the other 5 times it went they just switched the engine management light on, hoping I'd just go away before the warranty run out. Due to having bad mental health issues I did just go away as I couldn't deal with them and there laid back attitude. But I occasionally kept trying to contact them so they could fix the problem, but it fell on deaf ears. So far it's cost me £700 to try and fix it. still today I'm 2 days into waiting for a call from them. I genuinely wouldn't buy a wiper blade from them as it will break the first time it rains!Edit *my car was serviced in January thanks very much. It needed a further service to clean the egr valve that you 'replaced ' and the system update is to delete the dpf from my cars memory as your lack of work has messed it up!

Bought a car for £4000, Spent another £1200 on repairs which they didn't bother fixing, Had to spend another £25 to get the car registered because they lost the log book and kept saying they would sort it out for me as it was their fault but 5 months they still haven't bothered, they have a really bad attitude after they get a sale from you. I will never buy from this lot ever again and hope others see these reviews and don't buy either.

We bought a Nissan Juke from this garage. Upon delivery the delivery driver made a hasty exit, as soon as the car moved, an engine management fault appeared.There's also a horrible screeching noise also coming from the engine which we suspect is the fan belt.We've hooked it up to a mechanics computer it came up with numerous faults (Gearbox issues) eventhough Scott had said that this car was Great

Happy to say that my experience with Trostre was good. We could not fault how quickly they turned around the car delivery and at a decent price. Even after a fault with the car arose, they were quick to resolve it once they were made aware. Leighton definitely cares about good customer service.

Came to look at a car that we we're told on the phone was in good condition inside and out drove 135 mile round trip for nothing to see the car with rust on the door and boot . To then be told sorry about that it came in on my day off"

Very pleased with car bought on 30/6/22. However, it was agreed that a service and a change of the cam belt would be done prior to me picking the car up. On the day I picked it up I was assured that the paperwork for the service and cam belt would be in the post within 2 weeks. Despite numerous calls and emails they have refused to send it. Extremely poor aftercare and, on top of that, they drove the car I put as part exchange that very afternoon and acquired a parking ticket which I was then billed for. If you are planning to buy a car from them make sure you have ALL the paperwork before you leave, and that it is clearly dated and timed. It appears to me that this is a get out clause should anything go wrong in the warranty period. Please be careful if you are thinking of buying a car from them.

Stopped by to look at some of their cars, they asked what I was looking for and gave some examples of what they had. I was informed that I could walk around and have a look, if I needed anything to give them a shout. After spotting a car that I liked, they handed me the keys and let me get on with it. A gentleman walked over to the car around 10 minutes later to see if everything was ok, but then left me to it. This was great, there was no pressure and they were all really helpful. We took the car out for a test drive, which was no trouble. A few days later we bought the car. Although the car was clean when we viewed it, they gave it another little wipe over prior to collection. Completing the paperwork was easy and the service was top notch! Would highly recommend Trostre Cars. Thank you for making it such an easy process.

Bought my car from Scott a really helpful young man. The car has had some problems after I bought it but these guys told me to take it to their garage and got the problems resolved quick and efficiently. Would highly recommend their after sales service and will definitely be looking at their stock when buying my son a car in the next year.

A bunch of con men. No decency, no reply to. Email, when I phone they answer hear who it is then put the phone down . If they were honourable business men they would care. I have had the vehicle 6 months. Tried to contact them but no joy. Would the owner perhaps contact me?My repairs too the car have been over £1000.
