Staff is helpful, but they want to charge 25 to fix a tyre and also don't put tyres you buy from someone else.

Edit 3rd December 2022Just had my MOT with the team at Halfords. Having been driving for 25 years and used multiple garages over the years. Never have I felt at ease that my car is being treated with time and respect. Really friendly team to talk too as well while waiting. Trust Tony and Martin with the rest of the team. I have3 times now and have always been impressed. Thanks gentsI have had a lovely service from Tony and his team namely Martin who have been working on my 3 series clutch.It was expensive but that was more parts to be absolutely fair they invested many hours to solve the issue I was having. It was good you cam pay over 12 months actually that really was unexpected and welcome.All in all Tony was a really friendly and helpful throughout and lovely man.Thanks all

My little Mercedes went in for the Free 10 point winter check. Nathan at the front desk/reception was very professional, friendly, extremely patient and helpful. He made sure my car was thoroughly checked and the three faults that needed fixing were done to a high standard the following day. Pricing was also very competitive. More than happy with the excellent work and customer service I received. Well done Nathan and team for a job well done!

My experience was very different from others here, found the guy behind the counter to be super friendly and very helpful, when they could have swindled me out of £££ he actually saved me a huge amount, from my one experience at this place I couldn't recommend them enough!

NEVER AGAIN, I'll put the car there. I drove the car away with the same problem. I paid, and the service wasn't even properly done. They said they would refund me. Two months later, I'm still waiting for the refund. If you call this professionalism, I don't even want to imagine unprofessionalism.

Customer service is extremely bad.The ramp broke so I couldn't get my MOT done at the same time as my server so they just rang me up to reschedule. I understand that this wasnt there fault and unforseen, however there was no effort made to apologise for it and I had to now cancel things I had planned which will cost me money, as it had to be arranged it for the following weekend.5 hours later on the same day, after asking them to have a look at the wiper jets, on delivery at 8:30, as one seemed blocked, I called them to ask how it was going and I had to asked about the jets, which I was told yes its blocked so I asked about getting it fixed and I was just told they don't do parts, then that the parts place was closed. when they couldn't clear the blockage I expected it to be communicated with me to let me know but there was nothing. I have never had to make suggestions to a garage that they find a part from me and to ring and see if they can get it off the shelf, I was basically tell the person to do everything, I just expected them to already of done this when they found it was blocked. I am confused and irritated. This is why the customer service is horrible.

Brought my old Skoda here for a MOT. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Very respectful and helpful to customers, and gave me some great advice. All in all a really great garage!
