Very clean and tidy. Covid-19 rules in place good to see staff wearing masks as so do the customers. Very welcoming and the team are all in good spirits and great to see them all. Myself and partner always feel part of the furniture and the new set up is lovely hope it's kept that way xx

Visited this slots lounge as staying with family nearby, was shocked to see a former disgraced employee of west Bromwich Shipleys working here! So merkur, I assume you employ lots of thieves as well as Rich!

Rude staff. I was just sheltering out the rain one day while I waited for a friend and she said you can't stand here what's the problem with letting someone keep dry for a couple of minutes?
