Lewis and Monty were fantastic, very helpful in sorting my phone problems. Thank you both very much. Very knowledgeable and good advice.

Ordered phone to store. Visited to collect and only one person available to release the phone to me, that person had lost their pass so couldn’t sign in to the system to release the phone. Watched them looking for the pass for half an hour before walking out.Went back in at lunchtime today, the person who was supposed to be working this morning called in sick and there is apparently no else who can release the phone. Told to come back at 2ish when someone else will be starting their shift.Called central customer services to cancel order, told that as I ordered the phone to the store for collection (for convenience) I will have to do this in store….. ironic as the reason for cancellation is because there isn’t anyone available to release the phone.Just tired to call the Milton Keynes store, one hold for ten minutes with no answer.Absolutely painful experience which could have been avoided with some common sense and e.g cross train your staff so there aren’t single points of failure.

Lewis and Ben were really helpful today sorting out my sons phone and making sure it was all ready to use they even transferred all the data over and above what we expected with Lewis spending time to explain to my son what he was doing thank you both

Very poor service, everything appears to be an up-sell and geared towards scamming the customer out of as much money as possible.

I have been using this store for years...Lewis and Kev are very helpful indeed...the customer service is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! Use this store!!!

I have just been into Carphone Warehouse with my mother to replace her phone both of them could be described as ‘vintage’.Lewis and Ben were both very knowledgeable and helpful, providing a polite, courteous service. Thank you

Be aware they will try charge for next day delivery or make u wait a week very disappointing for trade
