Really helpful friendly team in this shop. After an attempt to build my sons new bike at home, didn't quite work out, these guys sorted it all, in the space of ten minutes.. and gave it a complete once over checking it was safe, and taught me a thing or too... very reasonably priced and great service .

Josh was awesome. An issue I thought would require a part ordering, and time for labour, was quickly and swiftly sorted till we get the parts. Best bit was I got to ride home. Trust these guys, they care and know what they are doing. All you need in local bike shop. Thank you kindlySukhie

Excellent Service from the guys at cycle king. Helped me out with an issue i had today with my pedals. Had no problems resolving it for me, quick service and very polite and friendly guys in the shop. Definitely recommend them. Cheers.

I replaced an inner tube on a bike i d bought from Cycle King ,Stony Stratford, a couple of years ago. Unfortunately when i put the wheel back on i did something wrong leaving me unable to tighten or release the wheel. So i I took it back to Cycle King today. They were extremely helpful and took the bike into the back immediately to take a look. They managed to release the wheel, give it a check over. They then put the wheel back and showed me what i had done wrong. All for no charge! Service like this is rare these days, thanks Guys.

Once again, amazing service from these guys in Stony Stratford. Turned up just as they were opening with a punctured double buggy wheel. They gave great advice and were overly accommodating and fixed the issue getting me back out. Highly recommend.

Went in with a small issue with my son’s trike- was very happy to help at no cost as it only took a minute. Great service and helpful staff. Will return to buy a bike!

Just getting back to what it was before. The service has changed again to worst. I was quite happy with the previous staff but they are now not very helpful.The below was my previous comment which deserves 5 stars but for me is back to two. The prices are ok so that give the extra star to the shop.Much better staff. I bought three bikes in this store in the last 4 years and multiple spares and there has been a massive change. The staff is qualified, advise better and they are also much more friendly.
