Fast turnaround, professional service.Mattia was especially helpful and informative - taking his time to ensure all my questions were answered on the phone.I rang a few translation services - absolute translations were competitive but not the cheapest - and I chose absolute due to the customer service, professionalism and clear processes (they are ISO9001/17001 accredited after all).

I needed a last minute translation of my German divorce papers so I could re-marry. After looking on line and at the eye watering amount of money some firms were charging I came across Absolute Translations LTD. Not only did they provide a first rate service, they were very quick extremely helpful and well worth their fee. The final translation documents were of an extremely high standard, arrived in only a couple of days and were legally accepted by the Registry Office. Excellent service. Thanks!

I was quoted £60 for a 1 page translation, from french to english, about 70 words...which is fine, abit pricey, but fine. But then after calling numerous time, on the number provided in the quote email, no one answers and also hung up on me in some occasions, really unprofessional staff.The best part was after i sent an email, explaining what has happened, and saging that i will write reviews on both google and trust pilot, i got a phone call straight away threatening me and also said to me we will prevent you from posting your opinion and experience with us. Quick and great service. No problems at all.- one slight note: they don't work over the weekend and only got back to me by a Thursday, therefore I had to wait over a long weekend with a bank holiday. But fortunately it wasn't as urgent that I could not wait, but good to keep in mind.
