Love this gym, always feel very welcome. I'm a lady who goes to the gym by myself was very apprehensive about going on my own but nothing to worry about, the support you get is fantastic, no judgement just lots of encouragement. Staff are fantastic.

I get a homely feeling in this gym. There are not a lot of people and the ones that are there are humble and cordial. I get motivated to work hard once I enter.It has been a month for me now and I feel amazing here.
