I contacted JB Gas Services because the reviews were high and I needed an emergency boiler repair... And I can see why they get high reviews. Yusuf was friendly and arrived quickly to assess the problem. And despite my boiler being very difficult to access, he persevered and found solutions to get the job done. Very reasonable and exceptionally professional. Would highly recommend too!

Yusuf is very professional, responsive and responsible!!! Our case was a bit urgent and he offered to come at 8pm+! Thanks to his effort we managed to save a bird stuck at our fireplace...!! Also he conducted a thorough checking for our gas and heating system. Highly recommend Yusuf to everyone in need of heating and plumbing service!

Yusuf came yesterday for an annual service for my boiler and cylinder. I am very satisfied his works. Four P's in short....Punctual, Professional, Passion and Patience (with patience to explain his works and answer my layman questions). I also got the water quality report onsite with thorough explanations. Highly recommend and I will call again next year. Keep it up, Yusuf!

Excellent service!!! Yusuf came on time did his job with perfection, we are new in the area so were not really sure who to call to install gas hob running new gas pipes etc. we gave him a try and loved his job. He was very economical and would definitely recommend him to others. 5 Stars !

From start to finish Yusuf was professional punctual and a pleasure to deal with. He replaced my boiler and in doing so went through all my options. He even temporarily converted my gravity system to mains to ensure a combi boiler would work effectively if I chose that option. We did and am very satisfied with our choice and grateful for his patience explaining all of my layman’s questions. Thanks a million Yusuf. I highly recommend JB Plumbing
