another lovely experience with School Togs. Ordered online, they finally advise if items are in stock. Got the order and they changed the sizes. Got same size of items i had and new ones are much smaller. Went to the shop and they refused to refund or swap, said online purchases have to be returned and a i would need to make a new purchase, like money is unlimited. So now i am waiting for the refund so i can buy the sizes above.plus the store couldn't give me prood of refund so lets see if ill ever get ine

The quality of the clothes is shocking for the price they sell them. Most of the clothes are made from polyester or nylon, i.e., their polo shirt with the school logo is 65% polyester and only 35% cotton and they sell it for £8.75. You can get the same polo shirt with a logo from M&S 100% cotton for £7. Polyester and nylon are syntetic fabric which has toxic chemicals in it.Also, Monkhouse is the only shop which sells uniform for my son's high school. Looks like they make a lot of money of parents who simply don't have any other options. The legs of the PE tracksuit bottoms are so narrow that the kids are struggling to put them on. I have to pull them off myself of my son's legs.

Awful shop, terrible customer service. I do all I can to avoid having to go, prices differ online to in store, sizing is inaccurate - we bought two skirts the same size and one fitted, the other didn’t and they are extremely slow to process online refunds for returns. This hopefully will be my last visit. Awful experience

Today, September 2, at 12:50, I was in the store. The store was crowded. I was standing inside behind the door so people could pass by for a while. Unintentionally, someone forced the door open and hit my head hard. And I endured this. And I have special needs. Some employees started laughing a lot and for a long time. This is so embarrassing. It's not funny at all.

I ordered my son a tie and PE top on the 27th of August. The small print said it takes 5 working days to deliver to store if in stock, which they both were.I called the Worcester store Monday as it’s been 5 days today and I have received no emails. They advised me that it has not been delivered today and will be ready after Wednesday ..This is just not ok, my son starts school on Wednesday and is anxious about not having the full uniform. The store told me they currently have the ties in stock at the store but could not let me have one without being invited to collect my own order, which makes no sense. The website stated 5 days!!Plus the quality of the clothes is shocking, not even cotton.Bobbles within weeks.

I had an appointment at school togs in Worcester on Wednesday and had a great experience.Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they took their time to help me sort the uniform I needed for my daughter. A couple of items weren’t in stock but were ordered straight away and a few days later they were ready to collect with no problems.Overall I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend highly. Thank you school togs in Worcester!

wished there was competition in school wear to buy it as would use other services. Staff not helpful. Nearly 2 months and still no sign of out of stock uniform that I ordered and paid for to be delivered. No follow up calls returned. Disgraceful service and change your suppliers. work in manufacturing yes it is slower than normal but goods are arriving and customers are kept updated regularly of any further delays not this shop.

I visited today to arrange my daughters and son high school uniform. After not being able to venture far due to an ankle injury it was a day I felt it was bareable to walk on. The female advisor on the door was far from welcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience with a lot of huffing and puffing. If it wasn’t for the fact that’s it’s the only school shop in Worcester I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. On a positive note the “youngsters” serving were amazing and so friendly and helpful especially Millie. Keep up the good work Millie! A smile and a friendly tone will get you far (unlike your manager).
