Phoned up with a dead desktop, 2 days later had it back fit and well complete with a couple of minor enhancements. Great service from Paul, would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience. Strange charging policy and effectively you do not know what you will end up paying until you've gone through a number of stages. Unable (or unwilling) to provide an invoice for the work completed, although information is provided on the generated credit card payment receipt.This is the third time that I've used them and I will be unlikely to go back. What I could have done through a 'factory reset' ended up costing over £150.I'm sure there are better business that provide a more reasonable cost service.

100% excellent! friendly, efficient and professional service received.My laptop screen broke at an extremely important time. I arrived at the shop at 3.30pm and within 1hour my laptop was fitted with a replacement screen and it only cost £95(what a bargain price)GillKenilworth

Paul looked after us so well. The transition from old PC to a new laptop went without a hitch, and we were all set up within 3 hours of taking our hard drive in. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Techpoint for around ten years. On each occasion Paul has been most helpful by clearly explaining things. A clear explanation is very helpful along with courteous service. Same day service has been possible by discussing the problem on day one and although my laptop may not be returned the same day Paul has kept me informed of progress. Prices are competitive and the pricing structure is clearly explained. Security is important and Kaspersky seems to do the job and software installation is also possible along with email set up. Document recovery is possible especially due to encountering a scam and a locked laptop. All in all highly recommended especially for those of us who are less tech savvy! Thank you

Great repair centre. Fast and professional service. I was kept updated with prices before the work occurred. £35 investigation fee, I was then advised there would be another charge for opening up and working on the internals of the laptop before this took place. Staff are informative and very well mannered.
