Visited the shop in Garforth on Thursday to get my daughter kitted out for school as well as my nieces. The customer service in the shop was absolutely appalling the man was rude and very I’ll mannered. I was disgusted at the way he spoke to my daughter she’s 9 years old and did nothing. I understand it’s a busy time but to be treated like we were was totally out of order. I won’t be returning!

The uniform that is sold does not fit me. Unfortunately; the shirts are too wide for my body, the skirts are either perfect for my waist but too small for my hips or perfect for my hips but too big for my waist, the trousers are too small around the torso, and the blazers make me look buff and the pockets rip easily,the ties also break and I'd much rather learn to tie a tie instead of using a broken clip... Those are the downsides to the uniforms provided.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Even though we went less than a week before the start of term, there were still plenty of stock and sizes. The gent there took the time to help us try on blazers and advised on size etc. What is normally a chore was actually pleasant.

Really poor experience. Placed order online in July, and still waiting.....Lady in the shop was great and very apologetic, but clearly whoever deals with online orders could not care less. Not even sorry" for the delay.If your child is in primary school
