I honestly think that I would not have been able to endure the process without her guidance. I was shown patience and understanding throughout. For Family Law follow the solicitor and not the firm.Bhavna Desai is an excellent solicitor, and really knows what she is doing. She has a wealth of experience in Family Law, which she greatly utilises to help her clients. She also negotiates good barrister fees on behalf of her clients as well.Unfortunately when I procured the services of the firm, I was allocated another solicitor, who had both an attitude problem and her engagement as well as work was mediocre at best. There were a lot of things that could have been done better for me, but weren't. Bhavna took over my case and worked diligently - although I did not get the outcome I wanted in the end.Unfortunately I was not able to continue with the firm as I ran out of funds.I would recommend Bhavna at the firm to manage the family law cases and nobody else.

Below is an honest and objective feedback of the service l experienced over the nearly 3 years with Ms Bhavna Desai - Solicitor and owner of the firm.Initially she seemed promising and confident to take on my divorce proceedings. However, as time progressed, her service was mediocre, inadequate and lacked direction. I felt that she was not advocating on my behalf thoroughly, not grasping information effectively and overall l found her communication to be very poor. She could not use the information provided strategically or appropriately, resulting in a culmination of many unresolved and unaddressed issues. Thus, the legal process became more tangled, ineffective and at a huge financial cost to me. In effect, l ended up paying 3x the original maximum cost quoted. With hindsight l regret not changing solicitors earlier. l concluded this firm is commercially motivated and the client’s interest is secondary. l would therefore not recommend this firm at all.

Bhavna and her team are amazing. I must have had the messiest divorce of the century and she walked me through each stage, explaining what was happening and listening to my concerns. She is a seriously hard worker and I would regularly get mails at the weekend. She is the only solicitor I would recommend!
