Truly a professional company to deal with. Had the Kinetico water softener installed by the company along with the tap. All work done to high standard. There was a minor issue with the leak which was immediately addressed over the weekend so great customer care and after sales service. Andy, the MD, takes personal interest in customer satisfaction and engages extremely quick via emails and phones. Overall very pleased with the company and the staff (Mark, Dan) who go above and beyond to deliver quality service. No hesitation in recommending the company and their products.

Fabulous experience from start to finish and the best investment we’ve made so far for our two-year-old home! We didn’t know much about water softeners, except that we were sick of cleaning limescale out of our home constantly, so we booked an appointment for Andy to come round. He was absolutely brilliant; our sink is right in the middle of our house but that was no problem, he brought a softener with him to show us the size and how it all works, and there was no pressure at all. A few weeks later Mick came round and fitted it all for us and we couldn’t be happier! No more scaly cups of tea, improved eczema, less time cleaning, less detergent/shampoo etc used to name just a few benefits! They also changed our sink and tap for us at the same time as we’d been wanting to do that anyway. We went for the 10 month 0% finance which is great and has made it possible for us to do. 10/10 would recommend a water softener for anyone who suffers from limescale in their home, and 10/10 would recommend Gloucestershire Softeners as the company to fit it for you!

From our first call to this company, Andy was very responsive, including out of hours communication. He came up with an innovative solution to provide a water softener we could use in our new kitchen, when we had been struggling to find a solution. The installation was completed quickly, on time and gave us a better practical solution than we had originally expected.

Our experience of DW Dunn and Andy Harper in particular has been fantastic.We approached DW Dunn to fit a new water softener to replace one that was no longer working. They ordered the machine for next day delivery and installation was the week after. Installation was problem free and quick, they took the old machine away and even tidied up after themselves, thank you!I would highly recommend DW Dunn for any water softening needs.

From initial message to ask to set up a quote to the job being carried out, the service received was second to none. Very knowledgeable company and no hard selling involved which I liked. Installers were mightily efficient and left the area cleaner than when first arrived. Softener and filter already made a noticeable difference. Would highly recommend.

After getting in touch with Andy at Gloucester Softeners, he advised me on the most appropriate water softener for my needs. I bought a Kinetico model at an excellent price and haven’t looked back. Our taps and showers no longer have limescale and the water feels so much better. Andy supplies our block salt as the price is very competitive. If you require a softener of salt, look no further.
