Great coffee and very friendly staff. Chloe (I think that was her name) was very helpful. Always stop by for a coffee whenever I am local!

This is one of the few franchise coffee shops that does seating for working and studying right. The staff are friendly and patient. The atmosphere is good. There is a good balance for people who are working or studying and who are relaxing and having a chat. The coffee is consistent and smooth. The toilet is kept clean and in good order. Only issue I have is that I would prefer they give whole milk over semi skimmed.

Not sure pointless wooden spoons are an ecological replacement for infinitely reusable metal ones. Standard starbucks it is largely what you expect, disinterested staff selling coffee. Loud music which would be to the taste of the staff but not necessarily anyone else. Great music if it was a nightclub. Internet was not working on our visit connected, but there no actual downloads.At least it is open until 9pm for those of us who do not live 9-5 lifestyle.In common with many such places no comfy seating available and large sections closed off so left sitting at what feels like a school canteen.

Easy to assume that one Starbucks is like another - the food and drinks are supposed to be consistent, but the thing that makes this branch stick out is how nice the staff are. None of the forced smiles you sometimes find, they're a genuine bunch trying their best to help out customers. Coffee well prepared too of course. Props to them.

Let me start off by saying I love star bucks but not the one n Northfield the lady's that were on shift that day were rude and stood there talking to one another ( about a date one off the ladys had been on ) while I wait patiently to be served for 20 minutes in the end I got fed up off waiting and left

This is my favourite Starbucks.The staff are so nice and polite.It has a great atmosphere. I think the ambience from the staff rubbed off on the other customer. I always find some to chat to or just have a little banter with.

Stop by there at afternoon, it is drive throu coffee shop nice and spacious place, a bit some furniture wornt out. Friendly and helpful staff, nice outdoor sitting.

Had an issue with Uber eats which resulted in me not recieving my drinks that I order, and I still got charged for them. After a few stressful days of trying to sort it I went to Starbucks to ask if there was anything they could do. The staff were so understanding and so kind. Some of the greatest customer service I have ever received! The staff were very helpful and I cant thank them enough. They also make the best caramel frappuccinos!!

Very friendly staff ..Sue and Sam always on hand to help, Northfield staff are always on hand to serve thanks guys, never got served today ..got served almost immediately today.. sometimes the disabled bays are taken by NON BADGE holders..frustrating. pretty empty today got served ..as soon as I walked in..Tall Caramel Latte as a gold member £2.90 ..but at the Fort Shopping centre same drink £2.45 ?? Why the price discrepancies??
