Fabulous staff and excellent customer service

This shop has been my go to gift shop for over 20 years. It was run for years by 2 lovely helpful ladies. It has changed hands a number of years ago and it is not the same friendly place it was. I went into the shop a few years ago just after it changed hands and found the new owners unwelcoming. I decided to give it another try, in the hope that they would have mellowed I to their business. Sorry this is not the case. You are made to feel they are doing you a favour by serving you. Please realise that the customer is king, I wouldn't want to lose this swansea institution.

Just wonderful! The perfect place for those gifts you won't find anywhere else. Beautiful handcrafted jewelry. Lovely helpful staff. A highly recommended shop and well worth a visit

Great staff, fantastic and interesting products and something unique, steering away from the onslaught of generic, corporate chains Swansea is overrun with.
