Wold Farm Air Rifle Range

Awesome place to go and shoot. Area is well laid out and they have everything you could need for a few hours (or a day) of fun shooting. Staff and people are pleasant and the area is well maintained and tidy. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

If you're just getting into the sport like me, Wold Farm Air Rifle Range is the ideal place to start. A very friendly and safe place to learn. Brilliant facilities, the best locally, with a choice of ranges and targets. Good value, great fun and such an enjoyable way to relax - rain or shine. Many thanks to Matt for making me so welcome.

Very nice place to shoot with multiple types of ranges and targets. The house rifles are top spec and I could hit a 50p piece at 50 yards. My fiancée hasn't shot in decades and got used to the house rifle in short order as they're dead easy to use and light which is perfect for her small frame.We'll definitely be going again!

Not sure where to start really, The place is exactly as shown on the website but when you arrive it blows your mind. If you’re into fishing i am certain it would be a top place to fish but i am a air gunner and this venue just blew me away. The HFT & FT courses were just out of this world, challenging & very enjoyable at the same time. You could tell that a lot of time & considerable effort had gone into these courses. Then there’s the plinking…..four ranges of utter fun and i can assure you that you would not have seen anything like it!You could stay here forever and never want to go home.Last but not least our hosts Dax (owner) & Matt (the governor) were just 1st class.Cant wait for our next visit, a must for any Air Gunner!Thx chaps for the most enjoyable of days.Simon & Brendan

My wife and I went along to an open day here. We know nothing about shooting, but we were very impressed with what we saw. Bruce’s target boats are great. If this range is run as well as the fishery Dax owns next door then it will be fantastic for anyone that attends. Facilities for disabled people too.

Brilliant place to visit, both for novices & experienced air rifle target shooting. Great floating targets on the lake & spinning targets., also HFT targets in the surrounding woodlands.Most of the facilities are undercover so nice & dry no matter what the weather & have disabled access & toilets on site.Dax & the team are always available & very approachable to give help & advice.On site shop for re-filling/charging rifles, pellets, air rifles, & targets.In my opinion........this place is one of the top air rifle ranges in the country 10 out of 10.

Very friendly place to enjoy the sport of Air Rifle Shooting. 2 great courses(Field Target & Hunter Field Target) set out in a woodland setting and a fun plinking area for all and zeroing range on offer. Everything a person needs for a great day out .

Great experience all round. Great facilities including 4 shooting huts so you can shoot whatever the weather. Awesome range overlooking a trout lake with a range of land based and floating targets (some really nice boats on the lake) with hundreds of targets to go at. Nice little shop well stocked with all the essentials including hot and cold drinks, and air refills are available on site. A great zeroing in range too, again undercover. There is also a very nice HFT course in the woodland on site. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. A great day out for the beginner or more experienced shooter. Highly recommend a visit. Some great fishing lakes on site too.
