N S Print

On Monday my mother went to this shop to get some prints of a photograph done and was met by the rudest counter assistant. Not only was the assistant unhelpful with my mother whom is elderly she was abusive and rude. Tutting, eyeball rolling, verbally abusive and patronising. Another customer entered the shop and witnessed the assault, the counter assistant was rude to them also stating the shop was closing at 12.10pm for her lunch but shouted this at the chap who entered. The door said lunch was 12.30pm. Luckily for mum the chap who witnessed the assault waited for her to check she was ok. Mums very frail and not able to withstand such an assault and it has been detrimental to her health.Tried to contact the owner Julie Parsons at the Wem shop but she was expecting my call and was told she was in a meeting. No phone call back, good business acumen? I don’t think so. I am a business women and own 2 businesses and can not believe anyone would employ someone so rude.

It is a photo office and they to not have a mirror. I went shaggy to the pictures which I sent to DVLA for my driving licence

Personally I have had 5* service here. I went in once and the lady was really helpful giving me pricing information and helping me with my queries. When I decided what I was going to print, I was able to email my image through to save going backwards and forwards to the store. I believe the owner dealt with me on the emails and she advised which print would be best for what I wanted printing, and gave me the email for the MD store. My print was ready within a couple of days and I Was able to pick it up from store in my own time. Again the lady serving was very pleasant, so I will use for all future printing projects :)
