Had lost a pin from the bracelet of my Omega watch. All the local jewellers said it would have to go back to Omega - from past experience, this always takes months. Yusra at The Watch Lab in Touchwood, Solihull fixed it in 5 minutes! Lovely lady, amazing service. Would not hesitate to recommend and return.

Yusra was incredibly helpful with adjusting my watch strap without charging. She gave me very good advice on how it would be possible to change my metal strap for a leather one. I have ordered a replacement based upon her advice & look forward to more excellent service.
