Thanks Luke for modernising my bathroom and upgrading it from a standard en-suite to a fully tiled wet-room with waterfall and handheld shower.Luke recommended the design based on my preferences and ensured I was happy before going ahead with anything. He was very tidy and cleaned up all dust/debris everyday before leaving as well as putting sticky back protector on all my carpets to protect the stairs, landing and bedroom. All old bits were removed and taken away as part of the job.Luke is also competitive and fair with pricing. This is the second bathroom Luke has completed for me now and i wouldn’t have anyone else. He did the job on time, and at the agreed price. He arranged all other trades so as to ensure the job completing on time. Very pleased with everything, Luke came out very quickly did a temporary repair on our boiler and then came back the week after and put a new boiler in. Competitive price would highly recommend.

L M Plumbing and Heating put in a new combi boiler with nest for us, replacing a ten year old system boiler and we would definitely recommend Luke. Luke was able to give us a quick quote after looking at our house. He is very good at responding to emails and works to a high standard. Luke is very reliable and approachable. He did the job at the agreed price including taking out the old boiler system and making sure all the radiators were working before he left. Luke replaced our boiler, and full central heating system. His communication and work delivered were excellent, he delivered what he promised, when he said he would.I wouldn't hesitate recommended him to others.
