Avoid at all cost. Place is run by a con artist abusive robbing bully who thinks he can do what he wants. I Worked for this guy for 3 years and had to put up with constant abuse and most of the time wasn't paid on time if at all. I did alot for this fool. He bully's tenants who haven't paid rent by 5pm on the day even though states every MondayHe allows drug dealing to go on inside and outside the premises.Illegally evicts people and keeps there belongings. Enters people's rooms without permission and without notice.Uses the premises to stores dogey cars and dogey goods.

Cheap rooms in a very settled and well run establishment.Rooms are to a very good standard with new furniture and carpet.Onsite laundry facilities and even free WiFi.Secure compound with electronic gates and cctv covering all communal parts

New owners who are going to redoo all the rooms and showers new carpets and all new ceiling tilesSecure car parking and safe accommodation with security on every niteReally nice people and new owners good nice atmosphere gonna be a really nice place to live close to shops and trainStations and easy access to motorway
