Fantastic venue with great sound quality. Friendly staff and quick service. Never had any major issue with entry queues even for sold-out shows.They have an excellent disability section that is raised to the side so you get a very good view. It's roped off with periodic security checking people who aren't supposed to be there. Standard foldout seats.

Great venue, sound was absolutely spot on. Beer prices were a little on the steep side and the gig was sold out - it was incredibly hot, if they used the air conditioning system it would have been perfect.

Good gig space, very crowded at capacity of course, Harry Mack selling out the place! But sound system was on point and good view of stage from all round!

Went to see the amazing Sammy Rae and the Friends here. Fab gig and nice venue. Never been here before but the atmosphere was great, good sound, easy access to the bars and NCP parking close by.

Great venue for gigs. I’ve been quite a few times over the last couple of years to see various musicians play here. It’s one of my favourite venues in Bristol. They’ve got a decent selection of beers on tap(Camden hells, Stella) for about £7 a pint which so pretty standard for a gig tbh. You can see the stage from most places and there are a few raised sections to help. There’s also a second floor with a balcony

Kudos to security yesterday at the Bob Vylan gig for the way they handled drunk people in the queue. They kept their cool, and kept everyone safe - including the aggressive drunk guy trying to cause trouble. In fact, all staff on the night did a stellar jobMy only grumble is that there’s no re-entry if you need to step out the venue for a few minutes to make a call.

Visited for the Royal Blood album launch, venue was easy to find, nearby parking and all well organised. The team on site were excellent- it was a very hot day, and the security team were handing out cups of water into the crowd - well done guys! Royal blood were superb, and the sound was amazing - top quality band, top quality venue!

Fantastic venue that catered kindly towards my heavily pregnant wife when we called up in advance. Decent space but also intimate, facilities were clean and staff were professional. We enjoy our evening here.
