Noel Chard

Called Noel on the strength of the reviews on Google after our 7 year old washing machine ground to a halt. He came the same morning as we contacted him to take a look. Unfortunately one of the drum supports had broken making the repair almost as costly as a new machine. Noel advised us and was very helpful with his recommendations for machines with same fixings as this is an integrated machine. A very courteous and pleasant man who I would have no hesitation in calling again.

I suggested that Mum in Portishead called Noel to sort out her oven (a bulb neeeding replacing and the door needing re-fitting after a thorough clean). Noel was very fast to attend and did a brilliant job. All sorted and reasonable price too. Very happy Mum! We'll be keeping Noel's details on speed dial for the next time an appliance goes wrong :-)

Our washing machine was broken. Noel arrived when arranged and fixed it on the spot as he had the required part in his van. Sensibly priced and efficient, I would call Noel again.

Noel arrived as arranged, found the fault and replaced the defective item from his van stock for a reasonable price. Should the need arise I will contact him again.

I highly recommend Noel. He arrived within the hour to fix my washing machine which he did cleanly and efficiently despite my machine being located in such a restricted space. His charge for repair was very reasonable and he was really friendly and helpful too. I would definitely use his services again.

I called Noel when our Samsung washer dryer broke down. From my description he was able to give me an idea of the issue over the phone and advised that it was likely to be a very costly part. I asked Noel to come to have a look which he did the same day, and after spending some time investigating various components he confirmed his initial diagnosis. As the part was very expensive (from the supplier) and could not be guaranteed to fully resolve the issue, I decided to replace the machine. I will definitely be using Noel for any future appliance issues, he was particularly helpful, very polite and his prices are very reasonable for an excellent service.

Contacted Noel this morning ; He was able to fit me in on the same day; arrived in the time stipulated; diagnosed fault; fixed fault; gave advice and products for future care of washing machine; and all at a very reasonable price.Thank you very much. Excellent service, attended in less than 24hrs. Oven Fixed quickly and efficiently and left everything clean. Very reasonably priced. Professional and friendly service, would definitely recommend.
