Lovely admin staff but rip off when it comes to pay. You have to pay the employers tax and NI as well as your own saying its because you are paid through an umbrella company and not directly employed. I ended up paying nearly 60% of my earnings so a negative earning. Certainly would not recommend

Smithridge healthcare is a Superb team I would 100% recommended( Brett ) ( Spencer ) YOUR AMAZING!the staff are so kind and thoughtful they put you first and they care for your Well-being is means a lot to have someone who believes in you also the staff have full training and understanding of how the job works.It’s changed my life for the better and I really love my job I wouldn’t ask for anything better
