the team is very nice and helpful over the phone and emails.but if you call them to do the job be sure to be there to check on them otherwise they will just pretend to do it.very unprofessional and dangerous attitude.

Took a month after they completed a site survey for them to get back to me and inform me they would not be quoting! I had emailed on numerous occasions and kept getting fobbed off, telling me they would send the quote the next day.It was only when I called and asked the receptionist if they actually wanted to quote that I then receive an email to say they do not.Absolutely appalling!! we are now a month behind schedule and have to start from scratch.

Called them out in 2021 maybe 2020, water in the outside isolator switch, promised to come and change, never did, engineer just taped up !! Nov 2022 - heavy rain, called on a Thursday as water in the isolator switch again leaving the system not working, promised an engineer the following Monday, no show, called the office - promised a call back - no call. Called again today numerous times as failed promises on call backs, then we receive a e-mail from the owner stating that In light of the rudeness of me the customer
