I needed two jobs doing at two seperate properties. First was an Electrical Condition report now required for Landlords. Its new legislation that came in to force for Rental properties since July 20. The second was a minor works report for a garage conversion where two circuits had been extended. Building Regs required this checking and signing off.I initially called various companies for quotes, some responded - some didn't bother. What I noted about PRS was that Paul asked a few extra questions to ensure he quoted correctly. His price was competitive and he was able to do the work in a reasonable time frame.He arrived on the day as arranged. He is clearly a proficient and knowledgeable electrician, as he got about the many various checks and tasks expertly. Paul was polite and checked if it was OK to go to each floor to check circuits. The safety report was detailed (12 pages) and thorough.The second properties task, albeit less arduous, was still as involved checking off two circuits. Again a detailed sign off report was produced and emailed over the same evening.Paul did a superb job and I would recommend him to anyone needing a reliable trustworthy electrician.
