To collect my contact lens have to make an appointment for collection. Absolute rubbish. Ordered them Saturday no appointment stood on the desired distance placed order and paid them. Now make an appointment to pick up 1 small pack of lens (6) lenses. Told them print my contact lens prescription and I will now go elsewhere. Ridiculous

I went to Asda Opticians yesterday and the optician is brilliant. I am apparently developing a problem with my eyes and my entire visit took almost 2 hours whilst it was thoroughly investigated. After that it was time to choose my glasses and Lesley was brilliant. The cost is excellent , really happy with the frames and the care and attention to detail was very reassuring, highly recommend them. The convenience was also great.
