Very good customer service from Jack Noble. Polite and not pushy. We had a test drive followed by a personal video of the car I was interested in buying. From the first day I walked in, the service was by far above and beyond. All the staff were very nice and especially Steward was the best, he helped us through out. He was presented with good knowledge of what they do. The customer service is top notch!I must say it again and again so when you go their you know from my review that - Steward was my sales executive. He is really good and knows his stuff!He got me the car straight away. My first brand new car with absolutely no waiting for months. It’s was literally the same we collected it. I booked my old A1 for its annual service and MOT (which it failed first time around, passed on retest). Rita was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. Kept me informed throughout, by text. Arranged the MOT retreat and made it all very easy. I felt like I was treated the exactly the same as if I had an expensive car and not a 12 year old car. Great service.
