I was gifted a massage for my birthday which I finally booked in over the weekend, and I came away with a relaxed body and such a renewed sense of calm that was very much needed as a busy working mum of two!!Nicola is extremely professional, patient and friendly, and has an amazing energy. I have visited Cariad on a number of occasions. I always look forward to visiting as I know post treatment I'll feel light yet grounded, relaxed yet alert. Every visit is somehow different, the pre-treatment chat always unearths something that's connected to my present mind state and subsequent physical health. Nicola is the complete professional, as someone on another review succinctly put I felt listened to". I recommend a visit or 3 to Cariad as part of your self care."

I’ve been going to Nicola for a few years now for a whole host of different treatments, but today I had a hot stone massage and I have to say she is absolutely superb. I recommend her to everyone; she is excellent at what she does, she takes the time to get to know her clients and make sure she knows what they want from their treatment, holding space for them and providing such a personal service. I’d never go to anyone else.

Cariad is a centre for wellbeing. Nicola is always professional and listens closely to your needs so you get the most benefit from each session. I find her welcoming and I feel at ease during my treatments. Her hot stone massages are to die for. Her use of guided meditation in reiki sessions is soothing and relaxing. I always feel looked after and end sessions relaxed and revived. Nicola has an uncanny perception of what you need, whether it’s a peaceful, quiet session or a chat and a massage whilst targeting problem areas. Couldn’t recommend Cariad more highly.

What can I say. Nicola and her treatments are amazing. She is so good I make sure I go every month for my wellbeing. All her treatments are amazing and I always feel so good when I leave and cannot wait till the next one. Nicola is also a total professional and caring lady for her clients and I would most definitely highly recommend her.
